Well ,this part of the delay ,is now done , so it cannot be a drag on fins imo , they do NOT need a valuation as it is considered a work in progress i'm thinking , so they should be able to pass it off as a future asset of sorts , all they need is a contract from LEX*G, no money ,coz L. doesn't make any , so all is on the LONG FINGER, so to speak, YES SPCL CAN NOW GIVE US THE JUICE.
