I suggest you familiarize yourself with how EDGAR filings work. They are not reviewed by anyone prior to submission and appearance on EDGAR. Anyone can get a set of EDGAR codes and submit documents, but that doesn't make doing so legal.

MNGG is not legally permitted to submit an 8-K to EDGAR. It is an illegal, and fraudulent, filing.

Just one more thing for the SEC to take up with Joel and the purported "new management".
