$EQLB Beverage Manufacturer Partners with Disabled Veteran Owned Firm EQLB

Las Vegas NV, January 2017. Las Vegas based EQ Labs, Inc. makers of Last Shot®, signed an
agreement with AirGo Food & Beverage, to represent and distribute Last Shot® branded products
nationwide. The new beverage sensation is growing in popularity as a healthy alternative to the
caffeine and high carb drinks currently on the market.

AirGo Food & Beverage is a division of AirGo USA LLC, a Veterans Administration Certified,
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). AirGo has clients in both the
corporate and government sectors and recently completed a $20 million project management
engagement for the Department of Homeland Security.

EQ Labs Inc., a public traded company (EQL), began as a private company, EQ Labs LLC in 2007
and received approval from the SEC to become a public company in August 2008. “EQ Labs has
always supported doing business with veterans,” says EQ Labs Inc. chairman, Mo Owens.
The product campaign is focused on Last Shot®, the dietary friendly, sustainable drink that’s
loaded with vitamins instead of caffeine. “We think offering Last Shot® will give our troops and
their families a healthy alternative to the popular high caffeine drinks sold at base commissaries
and convenience stores,” says AirGo CEO Ron Washington, a United States Marine Corps,
disabled, Vietnam veteran.

The full national media campaign is expected to launch in Q1 2017. MMA Champion BJ Penn,
Poker Professional Vanessa Rousso, Racing Icon TJ Flores and former NFL star Michael Pittman
are among the many celebrities endorsing Last Shot®.
Owens goes on to say, “Grammy Award winner and music producer Timbaland, is an equity
partner in EQ Labs, and will produce and appear in promotional spots that will promote
Last Shot® and enhance the product’s visibility, especially to our troops and their families.”
