Hi there Everyone,
I am new to this board , but I have been following AcNNF for a while and I hold quite a bit of shares. I am a bit nervous as well regarding the Australian side of things. I myself emailed Auscann and this is the reply I got.


Good morning

We have received a number of enquiries from US investors seeking confirmation that ASX-listed AusCann Group Holdings Limited (AusCann or Company) is the same company as that being quoted on OTC under the stock code ACNNF. The Company provides the following information -

AusCann is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code AC8 – ASX is Australia’s principal securities exchange.

AusCann has at no stage taken any steps to seek quotation on any of OTC’s marketplaces, nor does it lodge any information with OTC.

OTC has informed AusCann that a Form 211 has been lodged and approved in respect of quotation of the Company’s securities on OTC, but AusCann is unaware of the identity of the broker-dealer lodging such Form 211.

The business description of the company trading under the stock code ACNNF (see https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ACNNF/profile ), whilst not entirely accurate, appears to describe AusCann and its activities.

Any trading in AusCann’s securities on OTC is opaque from the Company’s perspective as it is our understanding that all registration activity in respect of trading on OTC would be conducted through the relevant broker-dealer’s nominee account. Accordingly, the Company has no specific knowledge of trading in its securities on OTC.

I don't consider myself an expert trader, but I would really appreciate if someone could offer me some insight on this email. Because I'm not quite sure what it exactly means? Is ACNNF affiliated with Auscann?
That's all I want to know. I would hate to find out down the road that this wasn't part of Auscann???
Can someone please ease my worries?? I would appreciate any advice or answers .
