March 20, 2017: An "Atmospheric River"
appears to be forming in the Pacific off of the California coast
increasing the chances of more flooding in the Central and Northern part
of the Western Sierras.
Accuweather model suggests 1-3 inches today and a chance of rain for the
next 10 days in Central California, Sacramento area.
The ground is already saturated and the aquifers should be a maximum
capacity...
