I thought PPS would drop a tad today but it held decently firm..for now. We'll see what the rest of the week shows.

So I guess it will stay in the trading range after all. There is some time before the meeting and even then the decision will be just that..approval to effect an R/S IF NEEDED (it is but WHEN is the issue)

I guess the actual announcement of the R/S (and ratio) would be the PPS mover not just the vote.
