Because it is under 1K....almost all companies I have a position under 1K, I don't actively manage....if it goes back over 1K I would sell for a minor gain, if not, will take it as a loss when it goes bankrupt...simply, don't mess with shares when they are under 1K value...

As for the share count/warrants, you would have to ask company/transfer agent....they could execute them for the next three months and they would still have more....They were out to like J,K, or L...some letter on the warrants....simply, they are bloated something fierce...as such, no value here for retail...
