That filing was likely a CYA to protect themselves while they converted and dumped millions of shares. Seen it before and these companies seldom if ever hold onto shares of failing companies. They make there money by converting at 50% of market and dumping their shares as fast as they can, not by holding on for a miracle that seldom happens. I've seen nothing to indicate these shares are still being held by Toledo. And neither has anyone else. Just wishful thinking.
