Nothing newsworthy, IMO. Many companies—now including MNTA—have switched to requiring a majority vote to elect a director in an uncontested election.

What would be newsworthy would be a change whereby MNTA elected every director every year—instead of the staggered 3-year term that MNTA directors currently have.
