Simple synopsis:
Moscato started in June 2009 when the company was in litigation and defaulted by its note holders, note holders that at that time wanted the company, note holders that had huge liabilities and overhand on the company, the Breast Cancer trial (p2) was designed already and under way at that point, the Oral-lyn trial (P3) was also designed and well under way at that point, these two areas where most of the outside clinical budgeted money went, the over the counter products all of them that the company produced and tried to sell but didn't well before 2009, the little country by little country as well as India and other countries approach to get registration and approval in those countries all well before 2009 this plan was designed and implemented, so all operations on getting their vast IP to market all took place before 2009, from 2009 till now nothing new has happened in regard to any of GNBT IP, other then bandaids work because of the non ability to raise significant money after being delisted from NASDAQ and having significant overhand with huge liabilities. All the company could do at that point was let the trials committed to and ongoing finish, and when they did the company was in such a situation that made it impossible to continue with any of its own IP, so, Moscato had nothing to do with any of this because all of it was before his time, and certainly can not be blamed for any of it.
