Here are just THREE examples to PROVE that funding is an ongoing problem and has been for a long time...which we all knew already! It beats me how they can seem to provide "THOUSANDS" of Dollars to keep the company running, yet cannot seem to find a few hundred Dollars to pay an Accountant! Perhaps it's just that they don't want to?
FACTS & PROOF as written in Bob's e-mail's to me over the last several months:
1. "As 2017 begins, expectations are to engage an accountant and auditor to update all financial filings. As funds become available, the “Restructuring Operation” plan will continue for this item and other business strategies".
2. The company trucked most of the antimony ore to a government approved permitted storage site which happens to be located on a tolling mill operation located in northern Nevada. The company anticipates that this location will have the capability to process the raw mined ore into a higher level concentrated material, if and when the additional funds needed become available. (NOTE: If and WHEN)
3. The “Restructuring Operation” also understands the company’s need to fully address the financial filings and proper reporting requirements. As 2017 begins, expectations are to engage an accountant and auditor to update all financial filings. As funds become available, the “Restructuring Operation” plan will continue for this item and other business strategies.
So, you see the pattern is clear. They will always only do things, "if and when funds become available". In any businessman's eyes, this clearly means they are 'skint' and also have NO Money to do anything at all except keep the office itself open. They are as good as Broke, hence Bob's not that they were going to go into Insolvency a year ago. PROOF there's no cash to Mine ANYTHING or further any significant progress.
