Tim – I do not get sick of your questions – only sometimes in the manner in which you asked them. That said I spoke to our attorney this morning and believe we have a path forward. I do not think we will proceed with a 2 11 but I do feel we will be forming a new entity and doing a share exchange with current shareholders so that they can participate in the new entity. I do not have any more details than that right now but I should in the coming weeks – two or three
