I am more than well aware of the technical definition. The point is, most institutional investors will not buy a stock under $10/share. NONE will buy a stock under $5/share. Financing also becomes more difficult. Often times Convertible Debentures are necessary.

Whatever is happening right now, Wall Street is not buying what SunRun is selling.
