We heard ad nauseam about how the complaint would be amended...

I expect that all the Partners and the insurance company to be named defendants when the complaint is amended.


The partners were allegedly quaking in their boots...lol...

Yet it's now 3/17..."Motions to amend/join new parties due by 3/15/2017"
and there is no amended complaint on the DOCKET.

I guess we can file that amended complaint with the BULLSHIT about how it was going to be a "jury trial"???
