You're right there is still a lot of uncertainty with even receiving a payout to shareholders. I also feel they could chalk up a bunch of costs to offset any payment to us as well. But then again, you would think they would avoid this for fueling the lawsuit argument? However, based on their actions and disregard to shareholders it does seem probable.

I already believe these wind-up costs have been overestimated, but who's to say these costs to PLY are not being given back to them at a later date as a private company/employee compensation?!

This is all just unbelievable.

Tempted to unload into the liquidity (1 mil) on the bid today @ .0059.. But then again I already feel like I lost all my principle so might as well hold for a miracle?
