This company seems to be a major SCAM from the beginning!
They sent a PR that it had government contracts! It ONLY had ONE, which they COULD NOT fulfill. a simple sugar contract which they WERE NOT able to do.
Where is the revenue of this company. They don't seem to have a legitimate office with staff. They have a virtual office and their CEO is not even in the NY office, but in Phoenix.
Their so called "arbitrage" website has yielded ZERO results.
All this company has done is issue billions of stocks to their officers!!
They are nothing but a bunch of pumpers and dumpers of stock!! Don't waste your hard earned money here!!
They were late for almost a year with financials. THEN their financials show nothing!!
Now they are back again with late filings.
NO officials PRs because they have nothing to show.
This company is soooooooo bad that it looks like that they will be turning it over to Western Grade, LLC for what it looks like to be a "couple of toner cartridges and stock." This is nothing but a shell with toxicity!!
In the meantime this stock is not going anywhere meaningful.
