As far as I know since the trial has started and they were actively looking for patients, my assumption is patient one lived and they don't have to wait 90 days. It's when they get a pancreas and they have a patient they proceed and move on until they have gotten 10 patients involved. Once people get the islet cells into them that have been washed with the AAGP molecule it won't take long to know if it works. If the new cells start producing insulin when they test their insulin levels everyday , if they don't need insulin it's been a tremendous success.
