Snakes DD: What i love about this business model is that the tables get FULL with people... How often do you see the majority of seats filled in a restaurant, bar, cafe, etc? There will usually be many tables with 2 people. Not at Snakes...

...and every person that plays pays $6, on top of whatever else they order... At a cafe, thats about how much people pay during their entire visit. At Snakes thats how much they pay just to get a seat, THEN they place their orders.

Take an example like the one below... The place is packed and the table with only 2 people has 8 drinks on it, so no doubt it is full as well, but they are probably having a smoke, looking at games, taking this picture or something...

...and we will be owning 3 locations soon, for less than a $9,000,000 valuation, not including everything else they have going... Life changer potential imo...

Snakes and Lattes Collegetown was boomin. A different board game at each table. Easily 30 tables, bar, food, drinks. So great — at Snakes & Lattes.
