Spana has already insured that insiders control the company....he has a firm lock on the company and I think PTN has a poison pill in place as well....would have to check, but Spana has a vice grip on his empire....albeit a failing empire. If anyone can destroy any and all value, it is Spana....he has proven this countless times over the past 10+ years....
