I can't make a definitive statement like that. I simply have more concerns after contacting the German manufacturer who has the original rights to the Injex property than I had before talking to them. There's no trail from them to this new company that took over the INOL ticker from Berthold.

I posted that I found the FDA approval for Inojex, which is really Injex. That's a name change for the product, btw, not the company.

I'm waiting for a filing from the company to see if any questions are answered.
