It seems our case depends on who we can allege/prove was involved. This may include not only DMRJ-Monsant->PP, but what our deft managers plans and collusion were in this mess after they ALL canned GB and the old BOD. Winning small for us wont matter much but I see several things which may pay off if they are proven. Still also think PP certainly does not want further 'discovery' and that is a strong incentive for a fairer settlement...JMHFO...
