Permits WITHOUT salvage rights don't interest me........

I recall right before the last permit was issued, WITHOUT salvage rights, the AS count was raised right before the news broke.

So is Juno about to be announced? And weren't they wanting to mag a black out section?

Would that be a recovery permit or an exploration permit?
