I remember it being down, more than one occasion as well.

Likely FLPC has a hosting service which they pay, or not. I highly doubt FLPC host the website on their own. If it's a virus, cool, re-image the machine from a later date, boom, website back up. It's being hosted on a Linux machine driven by Apache which is standard and fairly strong.

No "old chestnuts" used here but I get what you are saying. No sense in asking Bob as we need action from FLPC.
