I don't believe they have the money to acquire VPLM. Although, if they did and these patents are what they say they are, it might increase the company's value tremendously. More than likely, an interested party for Twitter, might have to acquire VPLM first and then Twitter. SoftBank is a strong suitor, IMHO.

As smart as I believe their attorneys are, nothing will probably happen until a final written decision. Just for validation purposes. IMHO
