if there is no value in it why are you here??........i live and work in the Philippines and know this and the head people very well indeed , read earlier posts ....but 40% of Luzon electricity is generated by malampaya[ due to run out in 5 - 10 years ] , Manila and the Philippines cannot afford to go back to the days of 3 or 4 brownout days per week , this will get resolved ...just a case of how patient you are.........usual PI bs plays its part and the Asian weakness of losing face , but a deal has already been reached, its just a case of getting both countries to agree how its sliced and diced and how they declare it to the world and their people .6 hours reading up on a titbit here and there is not going to tell you jack................................
