Remember the contest that was won by the CEO's son's roommate? As an SEC filer this company is still required to file 10-Qs and 10-Ks and they are 2 years behind;

There is absolutely no reason to buy ECDC stock. Eventually it will be suspended and revoked for delinquent filing.
