You crawl, then you walk, then you can run.
FDIT is very close to the "run" part of this statement. Sure it's been a wait and see on development but transitioning from crawl to walk has so much design energy and thought inputed into it that this step has to be a slow process.
The next step is much faster. From "walk to run" is crunch any minor modifications and send the data file compilation to app compression then get it accessible to the public.
This could be a very fast process.

The OTC news yesterday is a big step but got no accentuated volume. Still, FDIT has few trading shares and when the move starts should have a strong dynamic.
When the app gets deployed and the ease of use and instant read on view rate/share rate is seen I think the users will become the primary investors and the PPS will start migrating up.
