Gary Tilden and Scott Sand are recidivist pennyscammers - most recently from the INGN scam where Sand served two years in Federal prison for securities fraud.

Tilden and Sand are a pair of crooks who work these pennyscams together. Sand's wife is the $125,000/yr secretary for the always-empty tiny office of the SIML scam.

These crooks are a team and excel at stealing investors' munny in pennyscams.

Here's just the SEC civil case against Scott Sand. He also was CONvicted in Federal court on criminal securities fraud and spent two years in Federal prison in Florida.
