You missed the REVERSE SPLIT which was announced last Fall, the prior 10-Q was presented on the basis of the reverse split, butt so far FINRA has never processed the reverse split, so the OS number you cite is the post-RS number, butt the PPS you see on iHub is based on PRE-RS because Recliner Timmy never gott around to getting FINRA to process the share exchange for the RS and issue a new CUSIP.

So the hares one can buy in the market are pre-RS shares and will be reverse split once Recliner Timmy getts FINRA to process it.

Oh, and BTW, DCLT did NOTT reduce the AS after the RS, so they have plenty of room to dilute and plenty of toxic floorless and 0.0001 CONvertible debt already and just larded up with more.

So beware, that SS you cited is very deceptive.
