Lifeâ??s Time Capsule Services, Inc., f/k/a Hyperera, Inc. (the â??Companyâ?) (OTC: HYRR), announces the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (â??FINRAâ?) approval of Managementâ??s previously filed, Issuer Company-Related Action Notification Form which sought to change the Companyâ??s name change to â??Lifeâ??s Time Capsule Services, Inc.â? The name change will have an effective date of March 13, 2017.
The Company requested a ticker symbol change to â??LTCPâ? and, pending FINRAâ??s review, the Companyâ??s common stock will begin trading under its new trading symbol effective April 7, 2017. At that time, the Companyâ??s filings and market-related information would also be available under the new symbol.
Strategically, the Company requested FINRA approval to announce a 1-for-100 reverse stock split of the Companyâ??s outstanding common stock which has been approved and will be effective March 13, 2017.

Holders of outstanding shares of Company common stock are not required to return existing certificates with the old Company name to the Company to be exchanged into certificates with the new Company name.
