Good luck buying There is no bid or ask info on the Grey Market.
I believe Etrade is the only one handling ASPT. Anyone know for sure? There are a couple of trades a week and quantities seem to be in multiples of 3. I would guess there are only 4 to 10 people buying this stuff since 12/2015. I don't know if there is a broker (person) handling the buying and selling or if it is a computer. I don't think there are any "rules" on the Grey Market except they are moving registered shares and there is an official list of common shareholders somewhere in the digital world.
