RTV,
A lot of tire kickers last Thur. and Fri. when we had a good chance to stay in the solid 3 's , everyone sat on there hands. massive volume over 400 million changing hands but they faucet was turned off. We have over 110 followers on WPWR at present. If we each buy 1 to 2 million shares it will move. Buyers not sellers . Hell, you folks spend $300. or $400. going out to dinner with a nice bottle of wine.
