Well, We could never figure out how UPZS ever owned half of it.
They showed ZERO expenses for the year and a half they spent opening the place. 50/50 partners split the expenses. As i said many times, Kevin once 10 years ago Opened a Unique Pizza, never paid a dollar in franchise fees and royalties. I am sure that was the case now. Why would he do all the work, pay all the bills, open the place and just make Jim a partner to use the Unique name? That name means nothing. There are no other Unique Pizza places or brew houses.

We will see if the Salsa guy jumps ship next.

All we will have left are websites trying to sell overpriced cupcakes on a pretzel rod for 8.50.

Ask Bottomwatcher... a few of us that know this company for the last 11 years see this crap every so many years. We warned everyone. They have never in 11 years owned anything worthwhile or ever showed a profit. Its all about selling shares.

Maybe I am wrong this time, but with what we now see with Unique name removed from the place... I doubt it.
