Ray was just seen walking thru the airport with a giant briefcase handcuffed to his wrist, surrounded by armed security. The case was rumored to have a signed JOA, well plans, seismic, and $60M in cash.

*Just kidding, I made that up. Although Im not 100% certain that event didn't happen.

Maybe this 50/50 deal hit another milestone, maybe something else. One thing is certain, a deal is coming next week or the following, or not at all.

Ray has raised $30M in cash DURRING drilling of Sabu. So any day we dont have an offering is a day a deal is still alive.
