Thanks for effort, but he will not
respond. He is staying as far away
from this as possible. IMHO.
I used to hear from him once a month.
Then about 4-5 yrs ago, it all stopped.
The only way you might talk to him is
to find his office number and sneak a
call in with a different topic other than UVSE.

Billy is a Sr Director and leads the Atlanta office of PwC's global Capital Projects & Infrastructure Practice. Billy’s background is comprised of over 25 years of electric utility industry experience, including expertise in the areas of utility construction, project management, operations, maintenance, storm restoration and nuclear generation. Billy has extensive field engineering experience in substation and switchyard engineering, construction, project management, testing, and commissioning of electric facilities in the U.S. and Venezuela.

He has performed extensive work in organizational effectiveness reviews, organization re-structuring, manpower/staffing realignment and reduction, process flow evaluation and process improvement, streamlining union labor relations management, union workforce management, and served as a Senior Executive on union contract negotiating teams.

He previously held the position of Regional Vice President for Progress Energy Florida, Inc., a Progress Energy Company, where he was responsible for distribution operations, construction, maintenance, storm restoration, and community relations throughout Central Florida.

Me. Raley also served as the VP of Transmission for Progress Energy with overall responsibility for the design, construction, and maintenance of transmission assets in the Carolinas and Florida.

During his time with Southern Company, he also served as Director of Nuclear Maintenance Engineering at the Vogtle Nuclear Station with the responsibility for all maintenance engineering functions, maintenance procedure writing, outage preparation, and outage maintenance staff certification.
