I wonder what this Equity One dude calls ...... "Zivo Bioscience, Inc. (ZIVO) is starting to excited many investors" LOL.

Stock has been trending lower for a couple weeks now ..... volume blows. Huge amounts of stock available. So what investors are excited ??? Particularly disturbing as it is supposed to be time to sign a definitive deal and launch work with Nutriquest on a poultry feed additive. Stock not acting well if that is in fact occurring.

No raise ..... to get work done. Added dilution from prior semi shareholder friendly debt. Gotta wonder why HEP Investments had the conversion rate changed on everything to 10 cents instead of the prior structure after all this time. There weren't huge amounts being converted at higher prices anyway.

Dahl takes the excitement out of just about everything associated with this company. ZIVO surely needs exposure but mgmt. has to be ready to step into the spotlight and nothing Dahl has done these last 4 years sez he can handle it.
