AmbiCom Holdings (OTC PINK: ABHI) Files Additonal Lawsuit Against PC Drivers; Updates on Financials
SAN JOSE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 9, 2017 / AmbiCom Holdings Inc. (OTC PINK: ABHI) has recently filed an additional lawsuit against PC Drivers Headquarters, LP in the Federal court of Austin, TX.
One claim in the lawsuit relates to a contractual obligation due and owing from PC Drivers to AmbiCom for nonpayment of a service set for $200,000. This fee relates to the performance by AmbiCom performing and delivering, agreed upon set up technical aspects of the contract as it relates to the optimization software program.
A second claim in the lawsuit relates to the alleged violation of PC Drivers of a separate contract between AmbiCom and PC Drivers, limiting the use by PC Drivers, of AmbiComs optimization intellectual property to the consumer marketplace. AmbiCom is seeking damages of at least $10,000,000.
As an update to our current financials, AmbiCom will be filling an 8k shortly to reflect the most recent developments within AmbiCom. We will also begin the process of the necessary filings to upgrade AmbiCom to a current status with the SEC. A press release will be issued as these developments occur.
