the last paragraph in the 2017 Outlook summary is pause for more concern.
EBITDA reconciliation for Q1 & Full Yr can't be done because (it's "too hard"?!) we don't have the
resources, time or efforts...

and as such:these reconciling items could be material to the company's actual results for these
periods !!!!!!

don't we have a CFO? if he can't do it ... hire someone who can! ... what craziness

hyperSound appears finished. no mention about PiperJeffery's efforts to peddle it.
