More aesthetically unappealing AQB speculation.
If you've ever read Dr Milton Love's excellent books on west coast fishes,
You know his socially graceless expositions on fish parasites at faculty cocktail parties. He's remarkably enthusiastic, graphic and specific about the subject.
Let me say that over the years, i've eaten many times my weight in raw fish.
But, it occurs to me that our AQB salmon should be essentially free of dangerous parasites and that fact might be a strong marketing point!
