Just called the transfer agent (TA). AS is still 100 billions. OS is 96.9 billion. I asked the TA if he's heard anything from management and nothing, zilch, zero, nada in 4 or 5 years. I told him that the stock still trades nominal amounts per day. He said that those are all electronic trades and the TA firm is not involved in those. The TA has not been paid in years.


Someone may come in and take over the shell. But that's wishful thinking.
