Next tender offer just expired with a mere 17.2% of shareholder who have tender their shares.
Is it common for a tender offer to have such a low response after only a couple months or shareholders are just not seeing this merger as a good opportunity for NXP?
Thinking about getting rid of my shares as it seems this will take forever to close the deal.
