Whatever happened to those 4 deals that were supposed to be much higher?

"The company said it has four near term licenses in the works all of which could, but at least one should, close in Q4 2016. One of these licenses is expected to be below $5 million, while the other three are closer to the $7-10 million range."

Since then we have seen a couple tiny ones, but nowhere near what was guided. Appears to be unlimited shares available to buy at $1.50. When it gets hit, the Ask still doesn't change the shares available.

At least the seller(s) don't appear to be letting it go lower for now. I really hope this doesn't get bogged-down at $1.50 and become dead money until millions of shares can be absorbed.
