That would be inside information that I do not have. It is reasonable to infer that the substantial delay (so far) from the date of the R/S given on 29 Nov as 3 Jan is somehow related to the movements in the litigation. Given that C&C/GERS must now have a settlement in hand or file the appeal by March 20 (only two weeks from today) we may not see the R/S until that date, if then.
