Please, that is too funny - a International patent doesn't supercede a US Patent - making up this kind of nonsense doesn't make it rght and ignoring the facts doesn't make them go away.

From WIPO.

Is a patent valid in every country?

Patents are territorial rights. In general, the exclusive rights are only applicable in the country or region in which a patent has been filed and granted, in accordance with the law of that country or region.

Hold on there is much more:

How can patents be obtained worldwide?

At present, you cannot obtain a universal “world patent” or “international patent”. Patents are territorial rights.

So let's take a much closer look at your post:

OWCP Patent Information - The real deal.

Could a mod sticky this please as there seems to be much misinformation on the subject of OWCP's patents?

OWCP's patents are all International patents. These supersede US Patents. Read more on why you should get International patents, rather than just US patents on the .gov site by clicking here: stopfakes.gov

The government web page above lists the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as the database of International Patents.

Go to the WIPO website and type 'One World Cannabis' into their search. The results will show you all 8 of their International Patents.
Here's the link for the search: WIPO International Patent Database

Here is a link you provided: https://www.stopfakes.gov/article?id=Is-My-US-Patent-Good-in-Other-Countries

Here is what is stated from the link you provided: "Patents are territorial and must be filed in each country where protection is sought.

Since the rights granted by a U.S. patent extend only throughout the territory of the United States and have no effect in a foreign country, an inventor who wishes patent protection in other countries must apply for a patent in each of the other countries or in regional patent offices."
It looks like you didn't read the link you provided - it doesn't come close to stating that International Patents Supercede US Patents - that is false and misleading information that isn't close to being accurate.

The OWCP patents are worthless in the US - I see you failed to mention that OWCP filed for Provisional patents in the US (USPTO).

For that matter the OWCP patents haven't been granted - all they have done is file a application.

Now those are cold hard facts.
