I, Kenneth Hurley, am the sole investor and resurrection financing behind CWIR and SDVI. I've given cash, assets and helped work out details between the two companies.

As part of the deal Inqubus and Signature Devices have split companies whereby Signature Devices has taken the certain technologies companies in the Internet of Things industry and rolled them under the Ticker SDVI.
