I put together this DD post for another site. Thought I would sticky it for when all the new investors show up!

I am going to throw out one of the less traditional MJ stocks. The ticker is CSAX and the great thing about it is that it's yet to have a big run and it currently at .10. It is one of the few public security companies in the MJ industry. They are diverse at what they provide.

*Physical Security at Dispensaries and grow faclities.
*Setup Security and make sure you are compliant via cameras, thumb print scanners, etc
*A fleet of armored cars to transport the weed/cash.

Below is some DD I have collected. The stock has been stagnant since November but according to their Facebook page with teases for the last few weeks of announcements and also calls to the President by a long shareholder things appear to be moving along.

Expansion Plans: To complete an acquisition in southern Calf in early 2017 – look to other acquisitions in Northern Calf, Oregon and Arizona – Also look to expand east in Ohio, PA, FL, NJ

Financing strategy: Through the use of their stock (This is key as they have not diluted in 4 months. They truly would only use stock for a major acquistion)

1) TA confirmed Share Structure:

I call every couple of weeks and it has not changed since November 15th where the float and OS went up 300k shares
. Meaning there is NO dilution.

3) Unknown sleeper stock. There is not a lot of cheerleaders and the board is posted on very seldom by a couple of longs.

4) The company is big enough that the CSAX president is presenting March 8th at the Marijuana Investor Summit
