Enron's a good case study in generating wealth through non-understandable derivatives. Perhaps if regulators had been better able to understand that, we could have avoided 2008 when, once again, non-understandable derivatives were developed to underwrite housing lenders.

CAT has assembly plants that build equipment which can be driven past and seen that they actually exist.
