That building they have on the Whatcom, Washington property is 30k sq ft but they're only using 1500 sq ft right now. I guess AlphaPheno is the tenant with the Washington tier 3 license that'll be using it. Looks like they got a typo for the proposed rent(not sure if that's USD$200k, $20k or $2k a month).

They already harvested 4x in the last 5 months in that 1500 sq ft space. They said each harvest got them 50k. I'm going to assume they mean CDN$50k(USD$37,880). Using these same numbers, the fully built out Washington cultivation facility would be able to harvest CDN$1MM(USD$757K) 4 times every 5 months!(that's if the entire 30k sq ft was used for cultivation).

And they're renovating the 9k sq ft building next door to be their processing/extraction facility.
