Here's the thing about that ICOA buy at ONE CENT :


Try to buy just ONE SHARE at ONE CENT. ... You can't !

Try to buy TEN SHAREs at ONE CENT each. ... You can't !

Try to buy 100 SHAREs at ONE CENT each. ... You can't !


I dunno how these small "errors" happen from time
to time. ... But I have tried to force a tiny buy at one
cent or a dime or some other high price - - - - many
times - - - - and have never been able to do so.


What might be called a tape paint .
