Technically, corporate action requests submitted to FINRA should be processed in about 10 days. However, in recent years they've tended to take longer with name and ticker changes than, say, with reverse splits. Sometimes they request additional documentation.

Before they send anything to FINRA, though, they'll have to get their Nevada paperwork finished: McCusker Holdings and ORRV need to merge there. If they're sticking with the merger plan posted at OTCMarkets, ORRV Acquisition, Inc, must also be formed in Nevada.
